Returns & Refund Policy
This policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore.
Our products are printed and made to order. Each item is produced after an order is placed, so please check your order carefully before checkout, including the product, size, colour, quantity, and delivery address.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a clear description of the issue;
- clear photos showing the problem;
- a photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or another remedy.
You do not need to return damaged or defective items unless we ask you to do so.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, accidental orders, or items no longer wanted.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
United Kingdom Customers
If you are a UK customer, you may have a legal right to cancel some online orders within 14 days of receiving them.
If this applies, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary or returned in a condition that affects its resale value.
Customers Outside the United Kingdom
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless required by applicable local law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Delivery Address Errors
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender because of an address error, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment provider or courier.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production times, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or local delivery issues.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local handling charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
