Returns & Refund Policy

Each of our products is made-to-order, which means they are uniquely created just for you.  Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you select the wrong size, colour, or change your mind after ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free replacement. To request this, please contact us within 14 days of delivery  with a clear photo of the issue.
